On September 7, Nengcang Technology under NaaS (NASDAQ:NAAS) reached the strategic cooperation with CEEC (Shanghai) System Engineering Co., Ltd. The two sides will give full play to their respective experience and advantages in the investment and development of new energy projects, energy storage and supporting comprehensive energy solutions, and construction and operation of new energy infrastructure, so as to further integrate the upstream and downstream resources of relevant industrial chains and accelerate the integrated development of new energy and various transportation infrastructures.
Wang Chunxiang (second person from the left of the rear row), Executive President of NewLink and President of NewLink Energy Storage Group, and Chen Jiaqing (second person from the right of the rear row), Chairman and General Manager of CEEC (Shanghai) System Engineering Co., Ltd. Present at the Signing Ceremony
Wang Chunxiang, Executive President of NewLink and President of NewLink Energy Storage Group, Ma Rui, Vice President of NewLink Energy Storage Group, Chen Jiaqing, Chairman and General Manager of CEEC (Shanghai) System Engineering Co., Ltd. and Ma Xuchao, General Manager of Transportation-energy Integrated Business Department of CEEC (Shanghai) System Engineering Co., Ltd. were present at the signing ceremony.
Wang Chunxiang said that NaaS will combine its practice experience in the construction and operation of new energy infrastructures and services with CEEC's professional advantages in the construction of new power systems, source-grid-load-storage integration, and multi-energy complementation, so as to enhance the business collaboration between the two sides in new energy storage, further explore the application scenarios and the commercialization of new energy, and accelerate the construction of various new energy infrastructures for win-win development.
Chen Jiaqing believed that the integrated development of transportation infrastructures and new energy is an important channel to promote the green and low-carbon development of energy. China has built the world's largest high-speed railway network, the world's largest expressway network and world-class port groups. Those transportation infrastructures reflect great potential to carry clean energy development. Both sides hope that they would carry out extensive cooperation in the construction of green transportation infrastructures such as green roads and green ports, thus accelerating the application of new energy in transportation, and creating benchmark cases highlighting transportation-energy integration.
